Honestly, this just gave me a reminder that under the suits are children. Sad, scared, and lonely children. Children who don't understand what's going on, where they are, what happened to them. All they know is the man in the security guard uniform did something bad to them, and they need to protect themselves and each other. Under the suits are small children whose lives were pried out of their small hands. Under the suits are children. The souls of confused, sad, and restless children.
@@libidum Yeah. It's basically a hell he can never escape from, spending the rest of eternity being tormented by animatronics. Of course, though, William deserves it. There's an easter egg in the game that's a slowed down sound clip of him screaming in frustration and despair, begging Michael and Henry to come back. Despite that, I really don't feel bad for him. The children deserve to finally rest. He deserves to burn and pay for his crimes.

This tape isnt even scary, it's just really sad. Some of these lines hit so hard, because the simple conversation between the two is a representation of how they can't even control their actions completely. They're trapped. And nobody can really save them. They can't live their own lives because of what was done to them. And that really demonstrates how sad FNAF lore can be.
Sometimes in horror media they use children as shock value, like “this demon killed a child oh no” and it dorsnt have any other meaning but this video is so sad. 5 poor children stuck inside metal suits, cold, afraid, lonely, hopeless trying to look for any kind of salvation just to fall more deeper into despair
Is it just me or... *The souls of the animatronics talking to eachother is just very wholesome to me* I'm so glad it was not ruined by a jumpscare and just had Animatronics interacting with there souls in the dining room and very serious and emotional stuff. It just warms the freakin' heart when Chica tells Bonnie not to cry and Bonnie is glad Chica doesn't have to know the Truth and think about good things. Great job on this Squimpus Mcgrimpus! @Triple D I couldn’t have said it better. My only problem with the franchise for the longest time was that besides Springtrap, The Puppet, And Golden Freddy, none of the animatronics were characters, just enemies. Thankfully, Scott made it more cinematic and we got characters like Baby, Funtime Freddy, etc, until eventually a lot of the original animatronics got voices. This videos warms my heart, and makes me wish that Scott will see this, and hopefully do this stuff in future games/ the film.

Because this guy has the right idea. Horror is based on jumpscares nowadays. What horror should really be based on is setting and tone. Making the audience feel uncomfortable and anxious through out the entire video/game/movie is way better than catching a little scare out of them for a couple seconds.

Incredibly well written. The conversation feels genuine and we get a whole new perspective to these characters we've known and loved for so long. When Lucas begins to cry and we just see Bonnie slightly tilt his head down really struck me emotionally. I got very sad for Lucas. The simple animation style of 80s camera footage adds to the impact because we know what we're seeing at its core. We didn't need a ton of detail other than the line "don't cry" and the visual of poor Bonnie looking down in anguish. Really powerful stuff.
I shouldn’t be feeling for these characters but holy shit, this is one of the saddest things I’ve ever seen. The children of these suits have been through ever living hell and they don’t know what’s going on, and knowing that whoever was in bonnie, is China’s older brother.
It's an interesting concept but the Puppet kind of confirms that the souls in the original animatronics no longer possess rational thought ("the others are like animals") but it would be really cool to see their slow descent from the beginning to that point
may.bemegan, it could also be possible that the puppet is referring to the actual setting of the UCN, being that of a special little Hell for Afton. “The others are like animals” could mean the “animatronics” (clones of Afton’s creations) are little more than shells, incapable of higher thought, created by Golden Freddy with no other purpose than to kill Afton over and over and over again. The real animatronics could just be a group of extremely angry and confused people, but still people.
I've been crying for almost 15 minutes, this really hits you. Behind the horror of the game and their characters, we mostly see the animatronics as our enemies or a simple robot that wants to kill us. But this make us to realize that all this time they were just little kids, kids that were brutally murd3red and probably didn't understand what happened and ask themselves "why?" Little kids that want to go home, see their parents again or, at last, wanna end with their suffering and "go to heaven". But they can't
We often forget that these monsters plaguing our dreams, jumpscaring us in the security office, are CHILDREN who were brutally murdered and had their lives cut short, all because a psychopath wanted to experiment with souls and remnant. They're as much a victim as all those security guards who had to work in the Fazbear restaurants.
actually, William doesnt even have a flimsy "I did it for SCIENCE" excuse...he killed Charlotte and the original five kids before ever experimenting with remnant and how possession works (the funtimes)

Well, yea, but I would feel a lot more regret towards the soul that's in Golden Freddy, aka Cassidy. She can't even move(only make ghostly behavior), so the other lost souls are lucky enough to even move. But, yea, I can't even imagine what it's like to be in that state for that long, and not even given the ability to have total control of your ever-lasting cage. Hell to Afton for doing this to many innocent lives!
I feel like the games should be like this from now on. You can see thr animatronics move, but not smoothly. Its kinda Scott's style. Still pictures. But add more to create a motion effect without out them actually moving.
@viibes :3 I 100% agree. VR looks like a great game, but the fact that its about AI animatronics escaping out into the realy world through hardware haunted by william afton is just ridiculous. I get it, the kids possessing suits is kinda ridiculous, but if you approach and present correctly, you can make something truly special. Im not saying the quality of his games are lacking, definitely not. If anything, they just keep getting better and better. But I think he forgot what the story was truly about. It almost feels like an old cheesy slasher film, that he's kinda dragging on the series and introducing some dumb ideas.

Probably my favorite one of these. Not creepy or too dark, just sad. It feels bittersweet though. While these spirits are trapped in these vessels they still retain some form of humanity and that brings a bit more light to the games and over all story in my opinon

Some of these lines hit so hard, because the simple conversation between the two is a representation of how they can't even control their actions completely. They're trapped. And nobody can really save them. They can't live their own lives because of what was done to them. And that really demonstrates how sad FNAF lore can be.

@Triple D I couldn’t have said it better. My only problem with the franchise for the longest time was that besides Springtrap, The Puppet, And Golden Freddy, none of the animatronics were characters, just enemies. Thankfully, Scott made it more cinematic and we got characters like Baby, Funtime Freddy, etc, until eventually a lot of the original animatronics got voices. This videos warms my heart, and makes me wish that Scott will see this, and hopefully do this stuff in future games/ the film.

Because this guy has the right idea. Horror is based on jumpscares nowadays. What horror should really be based on is setting and tone. Incredibly well written. The conversation feels genuine and we get a whole new perspective to these characters we've known and loved for so long. When Lucas begins to cry and we just see Bonnie slightly tilt his head down really struck me emotionally. I got very sad for Lucas. The simple animation style of 80s camera footage adds to the impact because we know what we're seeing at its core. We didn't need a ton of detail other than the line "don't cry" and the visual of poor Bonnie looking down in anguish. Really powerful stuff.
I shouldn’t be feeling for these characters but holy shit, this is one of the saddest things I’ve ever seen. The children of these suits have been through ever living hell and they don’t know what’s going on, and knowing that whoever was in bonnie, is China’s older brother.

It's an interesting concept but the Puppet kind of confirms that the souls in the original animatronics no longer possess rational thought ("the others are like animals") but it would be really cool to see their slow descent from the beginning to that point
may.bemegan, it could also be possible that the puppet is referring to the actual setting of the UCN, being that of a special little Hell for Afton. “The others are like animals” could mean the “animatronics” (clones of Afton’s creations) are little more than shells, incapable of higher thought, created by Golden Freddy with no other purpose than to kill Afton over and over and over again. The real animatronics could just be a group of extremely angry and confused people, but still people.

Well, yea, but I would feel a lot more regret towards the soul that's in Golden Freddy, aka Cassidy. She can't even move(only make ghostly behavior), so the other lost souls are lucky enough to even move. But, yea, I can't even imagine what it's like to be in that state for that long, and not even given the ability to have total control of your ever-lasting cage. Hell to Afton for doing this to many innocent lives!
I feel like the games should be like this from now on. You can see thr animatronics move, but not smoothly. Its kinda Scott's style. Still pictures. But add more to create a motion effect without out them actually moving.

@viibes :3 I 100% agree. VR looks like a great game, but the fact that its about AI animatronics escaping out into the realy world through hardware haunted by william afton is just ridiculous. I get it, the kids possessing suits is kinda ridiculous, but if you approach and present correctly, you can make something truly special. Im not saying the quality of his games are lacking, definitely not. If anything, they just keep getting better and better. But I think he forgot what the story was truly about. It almost feels like an old cheesy slasher film, that he's kinda dragging on the series and introducing some dumb ideas.
