  • A warm up is important in any sport. After the general warm up, almost any sport requires a specific warm up program. Here I share some suggestions for your own training with you.
    The step work of Tai Chi (or Taijiquan, the correct transcription) is important to support and strengthen the knee, rather to stress and weaken or even injure the knees. I always take great care of the right foot work, which kept me being a passionate Taichi practitioner without knee issues.
