A very small percentage of players get addicted, only like .1% but that's all a company needs to make a profit. If you're not enjoying the game and it's not fun, then yes, stop right now, delete it, and count your losses and move on. If you enjoy the game then set a budget if you're going to spend money but know the percentages and accept them. This isn't Pokémon, you should not play this as a "collect them all" game. If you have enough heroes to form 6 team for wars, then lower your budget. If you chase a certain elite hero, then you will develop a sickening aversion towards the game, very similar to withdrawals from cigarettes. If anyone begins to compare it to junk like H, I will personally find you and forcefully get you hooked on smack and then admit you to a public, government ran, 6 month rehab I program, but I'll pay for it. It's for your own good and I'll be a hero for saving your life.

I would have done the pulls anyway, so getting someone I actually wanted/needed is a bonus. 100 is steep, but will build up, even for a FTP player.
