People who are drooling over this...just think about home and land tax, maintenance cost, cost of hiring people to run most of the things and so on. I can assure you, monthly around 10lakh will be spend on upkeeping this property.
Whether u have considered the following aspects while designing and planning the house.. 1. Vastu 2. Impact of lighting on eyes like blue eye in children bedroom 3. electric maintenance like touch switches etc...
Bedrooms were shitty to be honest No balcony for master bedroom and not even for so called kids bedroom Rooms on the floor above should have balcony privileges Considering that there is gauge for balcony on all 4 sides of the construction. Ground floor was good but first floor Not even near the expectations at the cost. Basic design flaw.
