11:13 its still ur ip address, not openvpn ip, because after allowing client internet traffice be routed thorugh the vpn you have to update running server(8:32). anyway nice video
Could you guide me how to fix host key verification failed and cant established error? I have tried many times to connect that instance and still show me the same error.

Great video explaining the set up. But OpenVPN is USELESS. A total waste of time. All that gets routed through the server is your DNS traffic, it actually does not change your IP address and most of your traffic does not go through the VPN. At most I get 4 kilobytes, yes FOUR KBytes/second going through it. Most of my web and internet traffic does not get sent through the VPN. Utterly useless. A wasted morning installing it, now I get to delete my AWS image, and delete the client.
If you setup the VPN through the command line and dont use this method and start from scratch you do get you system connected to the VPN and shows your IP as the server ip. You have update the running server with this method.
*you can not set up a free account unless you give credit card details to both companies* this is a security risk. They log and inspect all your data anyway as you agree to this in the terms and conditions. They also make it available to law enforcement. I would avoid this.

Thanks for your comment @jasperlawrence5361.
Same, didn't work. This video needs an update in the description to fix this, otherwise, don't bother.
