The robots at the bar are cool and unique! The food on these cruises is delicious! On a Carnival cruise, I remember enjoying smoked salmon with capers every morning. Great work with getting the unlimited dining plan at 50% off.

Great tips guys 👍👍 It's definitely important to do the math with the drink packages, at one time it was just cocktails but now they have cafes and specialty drink we're used to drinking daily, they add up quick on a cruise ship. Automation may replace some jobs but it won't be able to replace a good bartender LoL 😁😁
The Cruise planner really does come in clutch . I have never been on the Harmony of the seas but after seeing all of your vlogs about it I definitely will book one in the future! Wonderful! This city in a ship is truly an exciting way to have your r&r. Though there are some setbacks while cruising, this is way better than any other trip. You can find everything in a cruise ship, from food to shopping and recreation to relaxation. Great adventure!
They give free “tap” water in the restaurants, quick service places and windjammer buffets etc 😊 we like having bottled water options but you can absolutely stay hydrated with the tap water options they offer for free! 😊 Thanks so much for watching!! 😊
That was our issue. We had no idea that you had to make reservations for the shows and when we finally went to do it, all the shows we wanted to see were booked. Someone said they take standby, but neither of us are patient enough to do a standby. lol This was a great video with great tips and tricks. We've never done the full drink package because I don't drink much and I hate to waste a whole drink package on me. Awesome video, like 51, thanks for sharing!!

Unfortunately cruise are not for us I don’t have good sea legs and Jill had a bad experience when younger! But we always love to watch other peoples experiences! Cant get over how new this one looks! 6:35 The stress free experience is one the reasons why I like the deluxe package. I like coffee, soda, and juice, so when you price it out (the difference between Refreshment vs Deluxe), its only 3-4 cocktails a day to break even. Its not the 7-8 cocktails per day that people think.

One of the main things we Love on a cruise ship Definitely is the food!!! We easily gain weight! Lol And the next thing we Loved was All the Ice Cream!!! Lolol Totally Awesome Tips!!! Definitely will help any traveler!!! And one thing my wife did worry about was the motion sickness, and like you said, it varies with different people, but Dawn was perfectly fine. I've not been on a cruise for a few years now. All of these are great tips, especially the booking in advance. Nothing worse than missing shows because they were fully booked. I would probably go with the unlimited dining plan too hehe.. maybe not the drink package as I don't drink much although I did like the robot bar and the moving one. Some fun stuff on this cruise ship too, and I did get sick once on a cruise ship lol.. fantastic tips guys!

Cruising these mega ships is so different than the smaller ships. I sometimes wonder if there even needs to be a destination. It's like all the entertainment, food, etc. is right on board. What could a destination offer that isn't available on the ship? With all the options, and all the people, it makes sense to have to do a lot of research ahead of time and make plans as soon as possible.

Great tip on checking for sales, 50% off the dining plan is good. If I bought a drink package I definitely want to get my money's worth. It is better to pre-pay than get a surprise bill at the end. We haven't been on a cruise since our honeymoon and we have been thinking about trying it again.

How far out can you book shows on the Cruise Planner? I'm sailing on the Harmony in Oct.
You can book 30 days in advance and I believe up to 4 days before your cruise. You will love this ship! Have an amazing time in October 😊 and thank you so much for watching!
I've not been on a cruise for a few years now. All of these are great tips, especially the booking in advance. Nothing worse than missing shows because they were fully booked. I would probably go with the unlimited dining plan too hehe.. maybe not the drink package as I don't drink much although I did like the robot bar and the moving one. Some fun stuff on this cruise ship too, and I did get sick once on a cruise ship lol.. fantastic tips guys!

One of our favourite cruises was on this ship! Great tips wonderland was a fun menu to try and would recommend it - bear the end of the cruise too they are always offering cheaper restaurant deals! Unlimited dining plan sounds a good idea 👍

Cruising these mega ships is so different than the smaller ships. I sometimes wonder if there even needs to be a destination. It's like all the entertainment, food, etc. is right on board. What could a destination offer that isn't available on the ship? With all the options, and all the people, it makes sense to have to do a lot of research ahead of time and make plans as soon as possible.

We tend to do a 1 night specialty dining because we tend to travel in groups where easier to have all the people together in the main dining.

Great tip on checking for sales, 50% off the dining plan is good. If I bought a drink package I definitely want to get my money's worth. It is better to pre-pay than get a surprise bill at the end. We haven't been on a cruise since our honeymoon and we have been thinking about trying it again.
