    Yoga helped me a lot... I am practicing yoga from last 3 months and since then I never had a severe stomach ache...
    Earlier I used to have very painful periods on alternate months... But after making yoga a daily routine and introducing soaked dry fruits and apple in my daily routine I found change in myself.
    Pain is normal in periods but these tips will prevent u from severe pain

    Banana and curd gives me stomach ache... They are cold food and should be avoided in periods

    Isn't curd cold food and you're supposed to avoid cold food in periods?
