The reason you concide sonmuch goald is because your game is always on attacking, when in Counter most of your defenders and players will move forward but when u loose the ball u will suffer because you will have no one at the back.
Try Playing 1 defensive level ( not fulll which is 2) and play multiple games , your overall performance in Counter could reduce a bit but your defence will be come solid and be like a low block team.
