it's very annoying and frustrating at the same time when you try to start a particular program this error arrive: "The program can't start because kernel32.dll is missing from your computer, try reinstalling the program".I have also tried reinstalling. But that didn't help.
After some online research I understand this error is caused due to system update failure.
To fix this many people shared their experices in the web, the easiest solution is to place the DLL in the missing folder and other solution involves installing latest updates or ultimately install your windows again. Here is the easiest method I prefer:
First,Google Search for "kernel32.dll" and download (.dll) from your reliable website
Then, move downloaded kernel32.dll to C:\Winodws\system32 (32 bit and 64 bit)
Finally, move downloaded dll to C:\Winodws\sysWOW64 (only 64 bit)and Restart your computer

Honestly speaking I don't have another method to fix this, the best solution is to install your windows again, make sure you back up all your important datas while installing
