    actually 6k is fine to use without meter its a free strike throw mix lol i abuse that shit all the time, just note if you have too much dash momentum its grab punishable but sometimes you have the time to backdash to escape its weird

      Yeah kinda you just gotta be sure to use a very fast move afterwards and the risk reward is super matchup dependent

    I like the memes sprinkled throughout the vid, they make it easier for me to watch the whole thing in one sitting than just slogging through a boring guide. Awesome vid!

    Is there a trick to the FD airdash cancel? I even have a button mapped to FD and the FD rarely comes out, so I'm unable to do the same side/crossup mix with jS

    Any tips on getting to the outside for the mix at 10:08 . Not matter what I try I always end up inside with my back to the corner now, if I do get to the outside, Chipp jumps much further off the wall and I can't connect j.S

    • @jahmezi
      @jahmezi  2 года назад

      Make sure you’re using 236P alpha blade instead of the 236k version and try to go faster either by pressing C.S earlier or the alpha blade itself

    • @ghostblade1042
      @ghostblade1042 Год назад

      There is specific timing to it, you gotta try it out. Preesing drop(2) and close slash at perfect timing will let you come out of corner and get instant overhead safe jump.
      My trick is that the timing is deceivingly early so you have to press it way earlier than you think

    Thanks for the vid tho but….
    Dude, i am having trouble with the IAD j.S Otg left right set ups. Is it suppose to be that super tight?? Cuz FD braking 1 frame is really hard. Also when i finished my FD brake and spam J.S, some how i see Chipp doing it for split second but it doesn’t come active and it doesn’t hit.
    Any tips???

    • @jahmezi
      @jahmezi  Год назад +1

      It honestly just is super tight and all you can really do is practice, but replacing it with JH in tight scenarios is good and what a lot of high level players do anyways so I'd say give that a try

    • @ghostblade1042
      @ghostblade1042 Год назад

      @@jahmezi ty dude, i have been using JH safe jump, for me it’s more consistent plus you can choose to go low by whiffing J.P and change Jumping arc to go low or grab. Honestly easier but still usable

  • @MiguelGomez-pg6dd
    @MiguelGomez-pg6dd 2 года назад

    Hey homie I'm taking in all of this advice but I was going to say, what's the timing for the left right mix up on the horizontal alpha blade when on corner? Or do you just jump into HS or 2K right away? I'm just picking up Chipp after getting called the Vanilla Ky Gamer by my group and that mix up is so dirty, I need the brain power

      😅I’ll start working out on it lol

    • @jahmezi
      @jahmezi  2 года назад +1

      There isn’t really an exact timing you just need to feel it out in practice just remember that holding slightly longer should put you in the inside. Also try making sure you’re holding P and back(or down) so that you wall cling and immediately drop or try following my exact inputs in the vid
