However, if Neuvillette use his BiS and have Furina in his team, an HP% goblet is better than a Hydro cup even with equal sub stats. Anyway, the difference isn't huge so just equip the goblet with the best sub stats.

Widsith passive, either bonus Em, atk or Elemental dmg for 10 sec after swap, its a gamble for useful stat
