Polygamy is not legal in most places but in this case they could make an exception and they should do. Because Britney is not just a head sticking out of her sisters neck. She’s a distinct legal person not just an ad on appendage. That’s why she needs to be legally acknowledged as a co-wife with her sister. They have one body. So Britney will share her sisters intimate life with her husband because she doesn’t have a choice. When the married couple has sex she will have no choice but to participate because it’s her body to. Should this body become pregnant, they will both carry the baby, they will both carry the risks and they will both give birth. If Britney doesn’t consent to this then technically it’s r*pe. Theoretically Britney could find a guy herself and want to get married too but how is that going to work out? However, since they share a single uterus, both must also share in the gestation of a child. So I suppose that makes one of them " the mother" and the other one "surrogate mother". Any way you look at it, they will both have to share in the mothering roll. Legally, Abby would probably be named mother since she is the one who is married.
