Last night was the first time ever hearing this song and about half way thro I broke down crying. for so long i felt like an outcast, like i wasnt worth anything, like my life was a waste and that god never loved me. i felt alone. but in that moment i felt like someone was behind me and at that moment i knew it was God. God simply wants to love us... and we sometimes feel like he doesnt. but i tell you, read John 3:16-17 and u will see he does.

I sang this with my Choir several years ago, and the mesg, music, everything about this song is perfect! Especially for Christmas...as CHRIST came for the lost, outcast, widows, sick, poor, downtrodden...HE came for Everyone...but there's a special place in HIS heart for those that are suffering.
This gave me such a deep feeling I never felt in a long time I heard it on the car radio and the preachers wife sang it at church I felt God was there with us.
