Ngl I'm not too familiar with dirt drags. What is the track length? 100'?? I seen one guy throw a chute. As if he's going fast enough to need one.

Usually doing between 100 and 120 at the top end, but the chute does more to help keep the car straight at shut down. Just driver preference.
This track is 125’, most of the tracks are 200’ but since they can build a dirt track wherever there is dirt they will provided they have the shutdown space.

C'mon. Make the track longer. 2 seconds of throttle. C'mon.

They normally run longer tracks. They had to have the space to shut down so they only ran 125’.
