We've taken our proprietary System X Baseplate and adapted it into a smaller and more forgiving binding that prioritizes comfort and board control. Meh. Even the hundred USD we payed for a one-time-used pair is not worth it. Thought it would be an upgrade for my short wife still using kid’s burton mission bindings, but sadly I was wrong. This arbor binding highback is attached so far away and with the thinnest part that it makes the highback way too flimsy and cannot support much torque at all. I would not recommend for all mountain. Wife did not feel comfortable.
AND THE FORWARD LEAN IS A JOKE D:<
The forward lean screw relies on the bolt contained within the highback that literally can ONLY move 2.5 notches wtf!?
You have to really pull down hard and screw simultaneously to get the third notch of forward lean… which is such little difference it might as well not have the feature at all and save on costs.
Not sure why they made the forward lean require screwdriver for this negligible difference when previous years’ models had tool-less design.
