Now I don’t remember the details but some sites write the name ‘Hadimba Cottage’ which is of HPTDC, the picture shown on the page are also correct. But once you proceed for booking, the name of the hotel changes to ‘Hadimba Palace’ or some such name. Normally,no one will bother to check the consistency from one page to another. Since I had stayed once in Hadimba Cottages, I could sense the fraud but the first timers can’t make it out
Hotel people behaving very unprofessional these days! At one point they want to earn good business but don’t want to give good service to the customers! Their loss and they will suffer in the longer run bec customers will not come again once they get bad experience! Afterall, customers are fulfilling all terms n conditions of payment rules still the behaviour of staff towards guests is not courteous and are only intending to cheat or bluff or extract money in return to no proper compliance with the customer support or good service! Shameful and disgusting attitude of hotels these days. Taking advantage of innocent customers need of the time!Thanks for the awareness sir.
Dear Sir, Mare sath aaisa ni huwa tha aap mera manali ka sara vlog dekhega usme maine sara khuch bataya hai .aur ye mera koi paid collaboration ni tha hotel hadimbaa walo k sath .
Don't believe on hotel staff. Never pay any advance to them if you do so they will give you cheapest room . Property is very old and smell in rooms. Staff behaviour very rough
Improve your service and staff to impress customers. Jo log Ghar se door aap ke bharose Manali atey hi ye sab face karega to kya haal hoga uska . Doosron ko pareshan kar ke aap bhi sukhi nahi honge.
