Couldn't agree more. RUclips and similar platforms have brought so much great content to our lives, but also so many armature interviewers.

David Rubenstein's insights on overcoming rejection and pivoting into private equity are incredibly motivating. For entrepreneurs, remember that a setback can be a setup for a comeback: Rubenstein's post-Carter career shift exemplifies how resilience and adaptability can lead to unprecedented success in a new field. Keep an eye on industry trends and be ready to pivot when opportunities arise.

All the negativity here. Man, you guys do the interviews however your gut tells you. There are no bad parts to an interview. Every word is a nugget. Something to gain . As a small business owner in the Philly metro area, I loved these stories. I relish every word. My son did his last book report in school on Herman Silverman, "A life well lived". The founder of Sylvan Pools. The small details of his life show the pivotal moments that determined success or failure. And also many failures and setbacks that could've been tye end. But he preserved. I look for those little moments in your interviews that i can relate to. That's what inspires me to keep on.
Thanky you both for taking valuable time out of your schedules to do these interviews.

    Very interesting interview. Thank you!
You two hosts are obviously quite well prepared and are well familiar with the background of the host.
A suggestion is to let the guest speak more. At least not interrupt him while he is replying to a question.

Really nice to see the blend of information and open conversation on heritage. From a Black/African perspective, I am looking more and more at the Jewish example which sidestepped a system that wouldn't let them in to build institutions of your own. Above all the importance of education. Great interview.

It’s interesting that Rubinstein doesn’t know that the Jewish people derive the principles of philanthropy and achievement directly from the Torah.
The Torah instructs all Jews to donate 10 to 20 percent of their income to charity. In doing so, G-d promises that those who fulfill this precept will be blessed with wealth and success.

He has no yeshiva education. He was educated at the alters of the ivy league. It is where many Jews bow and pray to the pride flag instead of G-D.
