This is nice, but you could give it a bit more life if he didn't pop back to the same expression while the narrator explains things to him. The part where he turns around is great.
That would be Spumco (I can clearly recognize their style of animation), John Kricfalusi's animation outfit who did the Ren & Stimpy ADULT cartoon for MTV in the early-mid '90s. Also they did a couple of promos for NBC using an animated version of their Peacock. THAT'S THE REASON FOR THE "NOT SO KID-FRIENDLY" JOKES IN THERE! I'm glad that YT has lifted in late '16 the restriction on replying on comments made before the system allowed to do so... (that would go to the record of this video)
