There is a difference between growing up knowing a drug dealer than being a drug dealer. I grew up with a beloved cousin who is serving time for “inappropriate behavior” with one of his children. I did not believe for a very long time that he was capable of doing such horrible things to his own children. Time has passed and he is still in prison. I know my cousin for 50 years and never saw him doing anything indicating that he is a sexual predator. I still have a hard time believing that he is one. I still love my cousin but I also have empathy for his victim. My take on the Jay Z’s accusations is to let justice and karma run their course.

There is a difference between growing up knowing a drug dealer than being a drug dealer. I grew up with a beloved cousin who is serving time for “inappropriate behavior” with one of his children. I did not believe for a very long time that he was capable of doing such horrible things to his own children. Time has passed and he is still in prison. I know my cousin for 50 years and never saw him doing anything indicating that he is a sexual predator. I still have a hard time believing that he is one. I still love my cousin but I also have empathy for his victim. My take on the Jay Z’s accusations is to let justice and karma run their course.
