- In today's video we have an update on the FTC Epic Games Fortnite settlement lawsuit. 6 months ago I made a video discussing the settlement of the lawsuit against Epic Games, the creators of Fortnite, for wrongful charges and locking players' accounts in 2017-2022.
According to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the company charged parents and gamers for unwanted items and locked the accounts of customers who disputed wrongful charges with their credit card companies.
In this video not only do we have new information on when we will receive our refund checks, but we are now able to file for our refund on the FTC website, make sure you watch until the end so you know how to file your Fortnite refund and get back all the money you deserve.

Are you filling to refund all your Fortnite skins from when you were a kid?
Yo bro question what if I click on No on: Were you charged V-Bucks for in-game items that you didn’t intend to buy? Can I still get a refund?? I’m confused
if you bought PlayStation cards and the used those cards to get stuff from Fortnite does that count? Also when you request a refund, do you loose your skins and everything else?
The website says you won't lose anything and yes it might count because you have your order ids on PlayStation as proof
i would be careful doing this. if too many people go adding hundreds of skins. they 1, wont have enough money to complete every refund and 2, will catch on and probably require people to provide some kind of documentation for the purchases and stuff
Exactly, it's always best to be truthful. Plus it said on the application for the refund that you would have to provide documents supporting your claims at a later date anyway, so there's really no point in lying about how many items you have.
How much should I put should I put 135 skins were purchased? Instead of 20?
How ever many skins apply to the criteria of the claim. Purchased by a minor that was under the age and didn’t have parental permission
Can you make a video again if you have anything new or if you received the money?

No you will not lose your skins or account from doing this it says on the website

I got that email but 1) i dont play fortnite 2) i got it on my work email

I have 280 skins and I put 150 and 48,000 vbucks dint really get the claim
