    Thankyou "dontneed" for your comment. I love yoga too!.I know of no other yoga studio in Sth West Sydney with ropes and love having them in my studio. Yes..you are right ..being upside down can make some people dizzy for a few seconds. The fact that I can jump up and move on straight after being upside down is testimony to the fact that ,with practice, the body get's used to it. ( I used to get light headed at the beginning too..so be careful everyone).

    Hi Gigi, thanks for the video, I too like these upside down positions and just installed wall ropes at home today. But I cant figure out how to extend the ropes to be long enough as it is in your video. It looks like you have 2 long and 1 short rope.. How do you put them together? :D

      Hi there. Each set had Two ropes for wall hooks 1m from floor and two ropes for wall hooks 2m from floor. Then I bought extra rope myself to join the two top ropes and make it like a swing. I got the set from Iyoga Props in Victoria then got the extra rope piece from hardware shop. hope that helps. Enjoy.
