Thanks. This was done a bit ago, but I still use it. It’s not perfect, as nothing is, but it does eliminate the need for pedals if you prefer going direct like me.
Right? How is the alt tuning thing not more interesting for players than some spaceship sounding effects? Oh well… Be aware it’s not perfect. It does change tone a bit. The bass especially is a little glitchy, but guitar is decent. However like I said in the video, it’s about the same as the best pedal at it assuming your computer is fast enough. So it’s feasible to ditch some wires & bulk.
I’ve struggled to figure out exactly how to just use this pedal as the Digitech Drop (I have the exact same set up). Any chance you could share screenshots of how you set the pedal?
@@AaronHallett Thank you. I ended up buying the plug in now and was able to get to work. I think this mix of stereo pitch shifter+drop tuning combo threw me off to tweak it. I understand now how it works thanks to your short answer. Appreciate it.
I think the pitch effects are great & track well. With that said, the amps on omnyss vs biasfx2 are probably not worth it because they’re of the same quality. They sound great, but so do the ones already on the other options. So, just keep what’s there if you don’t need pitch shifting I suppose.
Could you share your biasfx 2 and omnyss presets especially for the drop tune feature? I would like to go from standard e to eb tuning and drop d to drop c?
Great demo! Might get this Omnyss plug-in sometime in the future. Didn't expect to it work that well.

Thanks for making this video! The pitch shift pedal is all I am really interested in with this plug in as well.

Thank you!!!! I was going to ask for a refund just because I couldn't find the proper setting on this. Thans to you I can actually use it!

Just put the mix at 100%. Turn the octaves off. Set the pitch drop. That’s it.

What are your thoughts of positive grid omnyss? how's it? is it worth getting if you already have biasfx2 and biasamp 2?

@@AaronHallett thanks. so you don't think omnyss is worth the money? which license of bias fx 2 do you have? and do you use bias amp 2?
