How do you even march to 3/4? Is it just combine two measures so you have 6 counts?

Kind of. You would march the first measure of 3/4(Left, Right, Left) and the next measure you would just temporarily be leading with your right foot so it would be (Right, Left, Right) and then it just repeats from there.

Well actually for this you would most likely be doing a slow March... so it would be every time the bass drum hits that's when your left foot hits the ground
