I agree with you to an extent about the xp stuff. However. Games like this and ark and conan, and others all kind of hit a wall. Like tbh im at level 45. And I’m getting bored because ive built awesome bases, ive bred the best pals. It really feels like I’ve hit a wall, purely because it feels like I’ve done everything and not I’m just level grinding in order to do the next thing. Like i cheaped a jetragon catch barely but like it feels like I’m stuck in place until level 55.
100% agree with you about the world settings stuff. I changed the incubation speed on my world today and I feel kinda bad about it. Like I kinda feel like I’m cheating… you think I should change it back? lol I’m probably going to but I would never touch xp gain rate or anything else like that.
I feel like incubation rate is fine. As it takes hours for you to incubate some eggs and really that’s not a big deal. LOL I’ve seen a lot of ppl change that one setting as breeding different pals can take a long time
I changed mine to this after I accidentally deleted the floor under a finished incubation, because I was trying to put out the campfire I put next to it to warm it up. It reset the timer and I wasn't about to wait again. Haven't changed it back yet, but not sure if I want to.
Don't worry about those settings. They save time, not make the game easier. Changing damage is different, but increased xp gain and shortened timers are perfect if you have other things to do in your life.
It's not cheating at all. In ARK, changing settings like drop rates/xp , etc. is pretty much a necessity and every server does it. Palworld will end up being the same way.
the afk strat is better if you have a bunch of guys wth kindling and a rediculous amount of berries you just make a bunch of cooking pots and set a few thousand berries to cook in each and you will get tons of xp from it because its 2xp per item crafted/cooked and berries are easy to get an insane amount of and they cook really fast
just dont close the game or leave the base because i think they can get cooked while you are gone for some reason because i think it happened to me and you wont get the xp if you arent at your base
and if you have a bunch of good fire guys and only want xp and nothing else you can do the lily and lyleen fight over and over and you will get like 7.2k each time I usually do that until i can fight jormuntide, suzaku and other level 40-49 bosses easily because you get like 22k from killing suzaku and a chance at a legendary pump schematic
the best pals in the game that make it easier to do fights like that can all be caught on the sanctuary island at the top right corner of the map and i would wait until you have ultra spheres and just craft a bunch and catch everything. you can get shadowbeak which is the highest damage in the game faleris which is probably the best fire type in the game for damage and he is the fastest pre legendary flying mount. you can also catch fenglopes there which are the fastest ground mount especially when you have all the fast travel points on top of cliffs and the saddle is a relatively early level. you can catch lyleen who can heal you for 1000 hp and that increases with condensation level and you can catch astegon who is good all round and has a useful passive, orserk who is the best electric type and i think has a high electricity generating stat, and incineram noct who is just kinda useful. lots of the pals that spawn there are also alphas so i think that means they have better chances for better bonus stats and everything on that island will just make you more powerful because everything on that island is crazy.
Just type the admin code to get to max level, also you can enter a code to catch all the pals, and then use the code to make all pals max level and best passives. Just play the game dumbass.
These options to make the game easier are a real downside of the game... if there is a easy way to get something, the hard way feels kind of unnecessary. Why should I grind if I could just get there in minutes....
I completely agree. I keep telling myself I can’t change the setting because that will take all the fun out of it. But than I realized you need 2 million xp to get the level 50 and I get 5k per doung. I’m like…… I’m not sitting here and doing raids each day.
Thank you for not being one of those channels who made an xp video telling you how op this or this method is, when in reality things like structure spam only gives you 2 xp when the settings are hard...
I'm so surprised that no one talks about the true best way to level up in the late game or the boosting strategy. XP farming with gold Catch 1 black market merchant or pal merchant from each area. Then summon them into the base. Trade them. Buy the pals you need exp for. If they dont have any then take them out and put them back in the base (it refreshes inventory). Then take a party of 3-4 of those bought pals kill a tower boss (I was doing lyleen boss fight early on, then moved to fire bird late game) that you can clear quickly. Then sell them. until i had like 400k+ I was only buying the cheap pals about 4-6k and under. Though after i had that much i just bought every single one that i could get the bonus exp from. Then when you sell them at like lvl 20-30 or so you make about 60% or so of the money back. on top of the fact that the towers give an okay amount of exp to you as a player early on and through mid game. Boosting levels (requires friend to carry you) Now if you have a friend on a server that can help you can get to 50 even in the official servers in only like a day at most. My friend on server 25 got to 50 super quick with this method that I did for him. Which is to drop him my old cold and fire res, glider, shields and other gear to survive the areas. Then run him from the start to lyleen tower boss. Kill it on repeat to get him high enough level to use flying mounts. Then get him to catch a single flying mount we did nightwing. Then give him the resources to craft the saddle and an anubis to craft it quickly. Then go to desert area for the faleris boss and beat that on repeat. I stopped boosting him at level 35 and let him play the game normally and with that insane boost to exp without ever needing to catch pals. it lead him to getting to 50 insanely fast, due to the scaling exp for the first 10 catches which was for every single pal in the game. for reference on how fast this was, for him to get to 50. I spent like 3 or so hours power leveling him. After which i went to bed. He played until i woke up in the morning and was already 50.

I changed mine to 1, it took hours but I finally got a 4/4 Anubis😂

Yup! You do have to leave the game open and not leave the base! I realized my Ingot farming base gained more XP passively then my regular ine
Crank the exp slider all the way up
Lol 😂

still doesnt really help when you get to level 40+
@@bxgamez_officialoh that shit definitely helps. Do everything you doing with it down you will see the difference 😂
Offical servers are better

"REALGRIND" x Play hard mode with 1.5-2 pals apereance. A group of Cats can kill you until like level 4. The capture percentege gets low real fast.
Dude yeah I bet it’s way tougher
4:04 dudes telling me what to do

Hahaha this is all true very nice- boosting can definitely work for players that play together
