I love how honest you both are about parenting and marriage. I had kids 20 years ago and nobody talked about post partum or how hard it was to juggle things. I felt so alone. You guys doing what works best for you and your family is what I tell my kids for when they decide to have a family. Too many ppl and books claiming to be experts. My kids were horrible sleepers and we co-slept a lot so we could survive. Back then, it was taboo. Now that both of my kids are adults (19 and 21) we are very very close family. We just keep communication open and be interested in what they're interested in. For what it's worth - I think you guys are doing amazing!

Aaahhh yes! So my husband and I bought a home in palm beach gardens Florida in our dream neighborhood that was a total gut and the interest rate was high but the price of the home was good, so your thinking is great that’s exactly what we did too! I’m so excited for you ! You will loveeeeee a home you could fully renovate we are currently finishing ours and it’s fully customized to what we wanted!!! Aaahh happy home hunting 🏡🌴

Agreed on waiting for a house when the time is right. And yes on buying lower with a higher rate and then refinance later! We bought a house in 2020 at 2.99 % and have a low mortgage payment. We are happy but on a whim thought maybe building new. Anyway, we reserved a lot last May and waited for the builder to release the lot. Still waiting and in the meantime, they raised the price of the house by 60 k😮😮. Yeah, you know what we told them what they can do with that overpriced house lol. So, it definitely feels better to wait and enjoy the home we are in. The absolute greed of these companies is astounding. Love the vlog format for the q and a!! So refreshing!

@@HaleysCornerr I totally agree. I'm struggling doing the same but I also just let go of a commitment I had lined up and It's such a weight of my shoulders. As long as you're doing enough, no need to go overboard. That is what is best for our mental health (or so I'm told by my therapist 😅). We'll get there ❤️💪
