I wanted to get tickets and I feel relieved I didn't. Luka 5 minutes and Kyrie in street clothes = money saved
what you understand about basketball, that you are going to see two players and not a team. I saw it on TV and it was a very nice and special game, even more so when you are a fan of Real Madrid and the Dallas Mavericks.
If before tickets went on sale the promoter stated that Luka will play for only 5min and Kyrie wouldn't play at all they would have sold half the tickets. That's why NBA is trying to deal with load management with new rules. People pay to see the stars and 5 min before game starts they find out the stars are not playing. Jordan at age 40 in his final season with the wizards played 82 games, 37.0 minutes per game.

@@KickAndDestroy You got it wrong mate, the most important thing for us was to see Luka and show him that he will always be one of us. The game was for that, so as long as he came, we would have went regardless. And yes, i'm a madridista and i was there. We also had 2 of our main players basically out, Euroligue MVP Tavares (played some minutes, he has a respiratory disease and has been out for 3 games) and Deck.
The fact that Luka was injured and still went out to play because he loves REAL MADRID is honestly awesome...i am almost certain he had to argue with the coaches to let him play cause they wanted him to rest

barely could beat real madrid...it is a collective game..the problem of NBA lovers is they still think they are living in 1988....the world is totally different and basket too...the best euroleague teams can beat relatively easy the worst nba teams and can compete and win some games to 1st playoff round teams too..

For starters Real Madrid IS one of the best Euroleague teams if not the BEST. Can win against teams better than Dallas. However I agree with the people that days that Dallas is not looking good at all.
Real Madrid is the best Team in the Europe.
Dallas was playing end of the bench guys all 4th quarter and resting guys. If Dallas rolled their starters out and played this like a real game they would have won by 20. You can't be serious.

@@TinkleBotv If ...if ... if... At World Championships USA couldn't beat even tiny Lithuania and in next game even tinier Latvia won easily Lithuania by 35 points. USA/NBA fanboys still don't realize that it isn't 1992 when Jordan and co were way better than the rest of the world. 10 best Euroleague teams are pretty much at the same level than NBA teams.
