This desert event near Reno in Nevada, USA is a crazy out-of-this-world place that everyone should experience at least once!

7 ways to get tickets for Burning Man:
- Main Sale Tickets:
- Work on a project:
- Secure Ticket Exchange Program
- The OMG Sale
- The Low Income Ticket Program (reserved for those who are in, and can demonstrate, actual financial need).
- The NOT Low Income Ticket Program
- Purchase a ticket from a friend or stranger
HYGEINE AND PERSONAL CARE:
- Burning Man is gross. People who haven't showered in days are gross. The porta potties are gross. Ingesting lots of charred meat and chemicals and sweating them out again is gross. If you honestly can't handle gross, don't go to Burning Man.
- A nice thing to do in the afternoon: cut a 2.5-gallon water jug in half lengthwise. Fill with 1-2 inches of water and a few splashes of vinegar or lemon juice. Soak feet. Pass around for campmates to enjoy.
- After you soak your feet, slather them with a heavy-duty foot balm, let air dry, then slip into nice fresh socks.
- To keep long hair from turning into Funyuns, comb through leave-in conditioner and braid immediately. Keep hair under a hat or bandana.
- Rub foot repair cream into your hands once a day to keep them moisturized.

You indeed have lived the dream. I watch a lot of videos on Burning Man and hope to make one. I really enjoyed your video of this event. The puppet dog was good. The giant Bed was cool. Thank you for watching! Good question 👍🏻 during the first day we got to understand where our camp was compared to the playa (just 1 long street and only 1 turn). At night we just always took the same way back to not get lost. The camps are organized with a letter and number system and you get maps at the entrance gate ;)

I womder why such a hostile environment was originally chosen for Burning Man. I suppose that is part of what makes it so incredible.
You know what would be epic too see if everyone at night with glow sticks or anything that has light and get everyone walking in a big circle at once damn i betche that would look epic and probably be seen in outter space........could u imagen 50000 people walking in one big ass circle.......just an idea

My first question is, what about extra Gas? Did the duct tape ruin the paint on your car? GoPro's are the way I was thinking to film. Canned Air for cleaning. Sand storms and the wind. You learn to tie down better for the next Burn. :) Thank you for sharing your video. I am planning on going in 2020.

I learned more in my preparation for this year's burn from your video than I have from 100+ hours of research on ePlaya and Reddit. Thank you so much!! One question I have -- I'm by myself and I rented a large cargo truck, but it looks like the two of you simply rented a minivan and used a tent to store stuff. How did that work out? In looking back, do you wish you rented something bigger?
Omg yaaay, thank you so much! Happy it helps out! At the end I remember thinking it would all have been more comfortable to have a vehicle big enough to stand up in. It was a bit frustrating to always sit or lay down. But we also spent much less money on this smaller car so in a way it’s worth it. Let me know if you have other question, have an awesome Burn! 🌞
I would prefer the bigger vehicle also (at the moment I actually have TWO rentals secured. One for the large cargo van, one for the minivan), but honestly, the cargo van company seems intent to not rent to burners. Because I'm by myself, I'm wondering if you and Rose didn't do it the right way. Smaller and simpler. Less to go wrong?

Then, looknat our homeless crisis in America and the billions of dollars our government spends. Imagine what would happen if Berners were given our government's budget and put in charge of finding solutions to our housing crisis.
