I drink apple cider vinegar too! I do it 3x a day. When I wake up, an hour after breakfast and afternoon. I do two tablespoons of ACV, 8oz of water, a tsp of raw organic honey, the juice of half a lemon and cinnamon to taste. And I drink it through a straw because I read it's bad for your teeth! It makes it so much better! Let us know if you like it that way! ❤❤
