Great information. I have a specific project on a post tension home that I didn’t know was a post tension home until I broke into the concrete and found anchors. Is it possible to expose cables further back into the concrete, place new anchors around live cable, then cut off the excess to remove the concrete? This is for a back porch I want to remove that is part of the original foundation. It has cracked several times over the years and I want to replace it with a deck. The house itself has piers to bedrock around the entire perimeter.
Sounds like installing this system is more trouble then it's worth. Looks and sounds like a trash system. $10,000 they just found a way to screw u through your dlab
