Hi Julia- yes it really does depend on the weather .... any time in spring and summer can be good ... but it’s impossible to be more accurate than that I am afraid !
Super video. Thanks for sharing. When is it generally warm enough on the IOW to fly these sites and get enough height to make it worthwhile, so not just soaring but decent thermic activity? May, June or more like August? I know it depends but based upon people's own experience.

Ah - where I learnt to fly in 2007... love the Compton White Cliffs. I'll make a point of flying here again come summer...
