They school and jump for a mating display not for cleaning parasites. Cleaning shrimp and reef fish do that. Also, they are mobula or devil rays not mantas.

These are Mobula Rays,..not MANTA rays. They are migrating north, just like the Humpbacks. Mantas are much bigger.
