Totally experienced similar stuff at the Vandam Kitchen… one guy at night was raising his voice, like I just had just gone over there to figure out what was going on with the second window and I was just on adrenaline and he got really agitated by my appearance and so I said he should respect the drivers, we risk our lives and he said “everyone risks their lives” lol. He also comes out with a trash bag all the time which is pretty odd to be honest, like he has more of a job than the drivers do or something. I feel like drivers are so much more patient than the stores give credit

2:08 Uber was offering 1.50 at one point for base pay before the minimum pay laws. Something had to be done. If they had it their way they’d be offering 75 cents for base pay.
If anything it’s a matter of more ppl using the apps and full tine drivers getting priority over part time drivers. I only get 5 slots a week.
Just got on Relay a while ago so I’m gonna see how that is. Just gotta 1.) Wake up to reserve your slots at 9 am(for the following day) and 2.) gotta be in the zone before your shift starts.

Question I can’t seem to get clarification on these new hourly pay systems how does it work I saw some people say it’s 29.93 and some other saying it’s 17.93 does this only apply to active time while delivering? And when does it pop up?
