  • Back in June when the Olympic track in Stratford, London was shut down, I, Andrew McGuinnes and Aaron Davis had a good shred around the track. This track has to be the best place I've ridden an electric skateboard in the world and riding on the Nazare Lonestar was a great board for the track, this experience felt like it crossed over into car or motorcycle racing and no longer felt like a skateboarding experience. You'll also see I was able to achieve G force in the turns, and that feels dam good. I was topping out at 38mph but both I and the board are capable of more, I feel like 50 would still be very comfortable on a track like this if the speed controller can handle it.
    Enjoy the clip!

what kind of range do you get with the board, riding like that speed? 40km? or more? not exactly commuter speed, just trying to get an idea. what about your weight on the board, any number?

That looks fun :) Hard to read to speed on screen as white numbers but looked like 33mph top speed ? , would the 50mph be with same gearing ?

No you can not hit 50mph with a 20T motor pullies can probably only can hit about 44mph normally no one goes past an 18T pullie from the loss of torque

I'm trying to decide if I should get a LonestarSS or a gaming rig of almost equal value.

There is no substitute for wind blasting your face and body. Get the board, then buy a cheaper gaming rig from GameStop later.
