I recommend you get a sliding winch rail installed. I had one installed on my trailer a few months back, and boy do I LOVE IT. I rarely have to use my ratchet straps anymore, and it saves soo much time and will make your life A LOT easier.

theres a difference between asking for advice.. having them do some of the work 4 u.. also if u let customers on ur trailer .. or .. anyone not authorise on ur insurance .. and they get hurt ..good look explaining that one.. i believe it safer .. 4 ...us .. if shipper loads the trailer.. and doest have to get back on our trailer unnecessarily... no one talks abt this one .. i use 2 run very hvy beams 2 places like this.. ny all surrounding burrows.. i always cringe seeing some of these.. very irresponsible people jumping on my trailer... i would politely say ..plz get off trl ..many cases say dont go on my trailer.. they would give me ..confused evil look..while my insurance would give me hi fives..lol..

Have you ever lost excess strap after rolling and tucking in the rub rail? Just seems like it would fall through. Not saying it does just curious.
No. Its very tight. And works well
