I have driven on super narrow roads in several western countries, including the U.S . So it's quite normal not to have a hard shoulder especially on rural routes.
Great presentation, road, scenery. The steep ascension that causes the cars to struggle is for every gain in altitude, the air gets thinner(' less air), for humans difficulty in breathing for the engine for every litre of diesel/ petrol needed for combustion it requires more 4 litres of air,for efficient combustion, stoichiometric ratio change dramatically , hence low power output, the van turbo engine does not go so far after afew kilometres and gain in altitude also demonstrated by the smoking blue lorry probably stalled and stopped on the road.
I don't have any recommendations unfortunately! It is quite a sleepy town. Consider accommodation in Naivasha, it is only a 20 minute drive to Engineer and you would be spoilt for choice there.
@@danielkaruga7770 nice county this! Very cool going to frigid! I recorded this in May 2021. Since then I have been back in Nyandarua 4 times. Absolutely worth the visit and hope to explore it more.
@@ofroadsandplaces ...great work...okey you mean where NYS Naivasha is?is it near Kayole?is there a way that branching to Engineer town?l know the one which is on the flyover...
@@tom32575 I do not knoe the "Kayole" place but it is on the road from Naivasha to Engineer. Just on the foot of what is called "Kirima kia Ben". Thank you for the compliment Timothy!
Naivasha Kirima Engineer road is very shoddy on the first half but the last half of the road is well refubrished. Very nice and scenic drive.
It has been a while since I used it. With the govt cutting road budgets, I wonder if it will ever be improved?! Thanks for watching.

Hehehe. Your comment reminds me of those roads in Amish counties. Cars and horse drawn carts existing on slender roads.
NICE ONE
Thanks Mungai for watching!

I would say Karati, but I am not 100% sure! Thanks for watching.

Thanks for watching Mercy!
This is super entertaining. I have always thought in my mind how the route is like since I have never traveled it. Engineer is my home town. Kudos
Thanks Moses. I drive through Engineer probably every quarter. Interesting town!
That's my home area.
Very cool place. Hopefully the government brings more development in the area, it is lagging quite!

Which road is this? When was the time you recorded?
Hi Daniel. This road goes from Naivasha town, through where NYS Naivasha is and to Engineer town in Nyandarua. Ever been there?
