- HAPPY VLOGMAS DAY 4!! today was a little lazy for me. my sciatica was flaring up so bad so for majority of the day not shown on the vlog, I was sitting lol iykyk. I also had a talk with y'all about secrets because we all got em. lastly, we ended the night by waiting in line for an hour at krispy kreme :-)

I just watched all 4 of your vlogmas videos to catch up because I was slacking and I have to say OMG I completelyyy agree with you about something you said in day 1 re: the effect black mold in an apt has on your mental state and health! Same thing happened to me in an apt I lived in 5 years ago - I had to break my lease too and just get out! I had cystic acne all over my face that immediately cleared up when I moved, and my mood improved 100%. So crazy. Glad you’re moving!!

One of my honest secret is actually being happy in life, and all my depression and anxiety and me feeling overwhelmed all goes away one day, and I can be truly happy for the rest of my years.
My secret: I wish I was happy again, even for a little while
I’m glad you came on my recommend, missed you. EDMR is AMAZING. 10/10 recommend to anyone that has had their heart broken r childhood traumas. Anything that you need to deal with.
My brain does the same thing. I used to document everything bc unnoticed it happening at a really young age. Then I stopped documenting for the longest time because stress changed the way I look, and I didn't want to be reminded of that, when looking through pictures. Which I now realize is ridiculous. I need to get back to that.

Yin hip stretches saved me with my sciatica pain. It took a bit and I had to do it a few times a week, any time it acts up now I make sure to do these stretches
I think cilantro tastes like soap but I also like the taste of it, my siblings think it tastes like soap and can’t stand it but my parents don’t and they like it! Love the vlogs ❤️❤️

Cilantro tastes like soap to me LOL. Everyone in my family loves it, except for me. My sister used to hate it, but slowly got into it. I can’t handle it, I can taste it in everything 😂😩
