You can really do more videos. It's great to see your point of view on our country. Really interesting. Something that is obvious to us can be special to you and it's so interesting to hear about these experiences. Good luck in our country. Hopefully you will see and eat a lot more good stuff. 😏😄
The difference between our and your mayonnaise is: European is made with egg yolks, mustard, lemon juice, s&p and vegetable oil and the American one is made with milk powder, maybe egg yolks, s&p&sugar and vegetable oil. tbh the European one is actually mayonnaise while the American one is some oil based sauce, but it's not mayonnaise. Yours also exists here, but it is called salad creme. European: amzn.to/2LgNSsW American: amzn.to/2LgDj9m You can make loads of mayonnaise very easy by yourself. All you need is an electric stirrer and a recipe to do it. It's so simple and quick.

Go over the border into the Netherlands, find a "snackbar" and order "patatje oorlog", "frikandel speciaal", "kaassoufflé" and "vleeskroket". Typical Dutch fastfood that you won't find in Germany. Hope you have had a good season so far. Keep filming.
I know you guys don't have lots and lots of money that would take you to Michelin restaurants, but if Kyle ate French cuisine and German food that was not simply American food such as pizza or hamburgers, etc. could he comment on any differences between the food of the two countries? And Zach, if that applies to you with Polish and German food. What differences did you discover?
haha sorry he used the magic word...Doner and I got excited. Polish food is different really hard to explain but basically chicken and potatoes with some sort of soup is there basic meal(post WWII type of meals) germany really perfected their traditional meals and honestly you see alot more american food chains here that give people more options to choose.
@@ZacSaleski So, maybe German meals could be considered preferable to Polish meals, since Germans have worked hard to perfect their food offerings. But how can anyone perfect cabbage and sausage and potatoes? I've said before (maybe not here) that France has a cuisine, Italy has a cuisine. American does not have a cuisine. Germany does not have a cuisine. In fact, it seems that German and American food is sort of converging, is becoming more and more interchangeable, the same.
@@mojojim6458 definitely agreee with the converging part thats why its so hard to put a finger on german cuisine unless you go deep in bavaria lol. I can only speak for one side of that argument though.
you should visit the Externsteine, it´s right around your corner in Detmold. it´s an old germanic sun oberservatory and very impressive. also around the corner is the Hermannsdenkmal, a monument built to remember the battle of teutoberg forest, which is also around your corner, where our ancestors deafeated three entire roman legions 2000 years ago.
"Everybody in town is also incredibly nice. Especially once they recognize, that we're not from a European country and know absolutely no lick of their language." A lot of Germans can speak English, but don't really have any reason to. So when they meet someone who doesn't speak German - especially from an English speaking country - they become happy to be able to show off their skills. lol

Lol basically Europe’s is better 😍
Some people order their fries "red/white". With ketchup *and* mayo. Comes from the Ruhr area I think
S Black funny you say that cause now I see it 😂🤦♂️
"Manta-Schale" oder "Schlemmertopf rot-weiß" :-)

What Kyle likes on Germany: Paris and the Eiffeltower🧐 well, yeah it was just a very short period Paris belonged to kindda Germany🤣🤣🤣

American mayo is horrible (at least in combination with fries) i can confirm that. Must be a different vinegar or its smth with the eggs.
Glad I’m not the only one 😂🤦♂️
I dont think it has Eggs lol, must have been created in a lab.
