always nice to hear of a place or two that you never heard of before,,and its nice to hear your professional opinion of the area being a lifelong resident along with the weather average for that area..👍👍
Very good overall picture of places to live!! Though I'm with you on why some places on even on the list or placed low on the list. Thanks Dawn for sharing this article with us!! 😊
We were considering Prescott for retirement, but then I read on several forums that healthcare is a problem. It’s apparently difficult to find a PCP with availability, and many people just resort to driving to Phoenix. And if you need a specialist, it’s even worse.
@livinginnorthernaz I don't think Sedona little pricey there. Plans are buying a double wide trailer so I need a piece of land... It's difficult cuz I'm here in Connecticut
Some of these are a bit weird. Sedona is WAY overrated, extremely expensive, SOO crowded with tourists! And a LOT of mismanagement when it comes to town politics! Constantly bad decisions being made giving way to money rather than the people that live there! Never anything that will benefit local workers that are constantly having to move further and FURTHER away, because affordable housing, NOR affordable solutions are EVER approved for workers by the town governance, of a town that is like 95% Service Industry driven! So probably should have been even lower, specially because Sedona is NOT a retirement driven town nor are the prices, unless you are VERY well off. Also neither is Scottsdale or Paradise Valley 🤷♀

She kinda glossed over Sierra Vista. We retired there from San Digeo. Hubby (native born San Diegan) loves it!
Excellent video and I appreciate your opinion.
Thank you

Oro Valley is an incorporated and is much more upscale than Tucson.
