How it comes Georgia’s penalty was soft. Defender plays not a ball but the leg of the opponent inside the box. He makes him to loose the ball and prevents opportunity to score the goal or make an assist.That is a clear penalty.
Every single team is get-at-able. Except for the teams England play against. When we play them it’s like trying to break into the Bank of England. We could play Slovenia for 3 days and never score a goal.
With Foden likely being unavailable for the next game due to family issues I think England will improve. If people actually saw their last game, Gordon changed the game, not Palmer. In those 2 minutes he was on the pitch he ran at his fullback, he made a perfect pass to Mainoo and looked like he was exactly what England missed from Sterling. That player who's willing to drive and pick himself in the right positions. It frees up space in the middle for Bellingham while relieving pressure from Saka. It fixes all of England's issues in the group stages but honestly I think he's going to crumble to the media pressure and play Palmer left wing.

Well done to Georgia, they played well but let’s face it, this was a B team full of young players, not to mention that BOTH goals came from one individual young player and his mistakes. The question needs to be asked, what are you expecting cr7 to do actually? You are expecting him to be have the ability to pause time and move into the direction on missed crosses, miss passes and postion himself and resume time and than score. Is that your expectations because the service has been ridiculous even from the first team. Crosses to no one, missed passes in the wrong direction, passes not coming in multiple times when he creates the spaces. So now when we judging him or even messi we have to ask ourselfs what are we actually expecting from them?
