    Great video do you recommend this to improve snatch numbers? Instead of constant just snatching? Also do you have PayPal to contribute to you or your channel?

    That's one way to do it, I've never tried that. I usually keep the swing more of a traditional Russian hip snap to launch the bell, keep my elbow tight to my hip and then twist my arm into an overhead press. So the bell is never really out in front of me too far...it stays close to the body but more to the side. But it's an awesome move. I always do about 30 reps each side before bed every night.

    I am doing this using hard style swing..its very tough and you can't snatch for long time....thanks for the tip Joe I learned a lot

    Amazing man im a powerlifting and got a couple caps 20kg kettlebells and im hooked the way they have helped me is unbelievable in my squat and deadlift

    I was taught to swing differently, heals on floor and use the hips and hams to generate the power....your way seems more efficient to lengthen the workouts

      Hmm I use this as supplementary. Or sometimes as a main set.
      You could use it as a test to see how many you could get for time or how long g you can go. Then work from there to improve. By cutting those times into sets.

    So could this be done hard style? I’m too unco for sport style.
