Every once in a while I scroll through your old Videos and see what I haven't watched yet.. First of all: it's so fun to see your journey of creating asmr! and even tho I adore the cinematicals more ofc, I really really enjoy the "chit chat" and the personal experience aspect here ❤🎉
Even as a kid who had no real concept of homosexuality, I thought Neptune and Uranus being cousins felt REALLY weird. Like, I knew it wasn't right but I couldn't figure out what the problem was, since I wasn't really aware that girls could be in love with girls at the time. Imagine having a "this is weird, this doesn't make sense" flag going off in your brain but having no way to put together what the issue actually was.
I think I made a few, but not that much, surprisingly ! But I drew a lot of medieval/fantasy/Arthurian themed sketches and I'll see if it's enough to make a video ;)

Sketching is something I would do a lot when I was younger. Now that I'm grown up, life has been crazier and more stressful, but I feel like this video has helped me realize how theroputic sketching can be. Thank you for that:)

Dear moonlight, I think this is my fave video of yours. I like it when you talk and whisper, I like the background colours, and the tracing of the drawings. I really do like it when you and other asmr artists trace or show something with their hands and fingers, the lines in their palms (did you think of a palm reading video, or one done like a palm reading lesson to an apprentice, so you can use your own hand, it would suit your theme i guess.. ) or the features of an object. It has like a hypnotic effect. Less the tapping for me in general, although here it fits so well. I think reading Tolkien (just smth simple reading a book) would be awesome, i hope so much you will do a video or may be even a few. Thank you for the work, it is vv good, the effort and personal grace you put in it ❤️
It's always really funny to me how the American dub of Sailor Moon made Neptune and Uranus cousins and Zoisite a woman but were perfectly fine with Usagi, a middle schooler, dating a college student???????

I remember watching sailor moon and I remember thinking something was off about Neptune and Uranus being cousins. Some lovely drawings! I've been getting back into artwork lately but I can't do it as much as I'd like, due to chronic illness. I'm in bed most of the time and it gets very boring. I got into anime in a big way last year. It makes me so happy and keeps me entertained. I've recently gotten into manga too 🙂.

Haven't watched Sailor Moon in forever, was one of my favorite shows as a kid. Used to watch it on Cartoon Network during Toonami, think I watched it until my mom couldn't afford the channel in our cable package. Vaguely remember watching the series up to around where Sailor Venus made her appearance, my favorites of the group have always been Mercury and Mars

@@MoonlightCottageASMR what made me stop was crappy art teachers in high school. One went as far as to tell me I would never make anything of myself. Which if you think about it is very dangerous. That is how Hitlers are made.😋 So lately I've been inspired to get back into it and maybe make my own videos. But for now I'm writing scripts for asmrtists. We should collab sometime btw😁
