But as the universe became new, he hid himself away in the darkness, and the Symbiotes became sentient. Fearing KNULL's return, they tried to hold him in his hiding space. KLYNTAR in their language actually means "prison" or "cell", as their home was also meant to keep their creator trapped forever. But of course he broke free, and his inate power over the Symbiotes broke their will. Only those who were off world were free of his influence. Which is where VENOM comes in.

Oh my Lord, Knull is one of my all-time favorite Marvel villains. Literally a badass character meant to be destructive and absolutely terrifying. In every way, he’s like the stuff made of nightmares, and his sword allows him to kill Gods. I believe he’s the only character so far who’s actually successfully killed Sentry in the comic books. Obviously, Sentry is immortal so he can’t permanently die. In fact, his healing factor is so fast that he’ll come back within a couple blinks of your eyes, which is exactly what he did a page or two later when he revived himself. But the fact that Knull was able to do that to begin with is absolutely insane. Being able to do physical damage like that to a character that powerful is worth mentioning and worth getting a character like that right in a movie. So they better not mess Knull up. In fact, they better not mess Sentry up as well because Sentry is also overpowered in Marvel, so these two characters better be as powerful as they are portrayed in the comics.
It required cosmic entities, all earth heroes etc and they could take him down. The uni power had to merge with venom and then merge the surfers board and thors hammer into one weapon to beat him. They also had to separate him from his sword

I've loved every marvel and DC film and show , I loved borderlands and FNAF and resident evil shows and films , I've loved all star wars shows and films , fantastic four films , Deadpool films .... cause I'm not negative as hell I sit and I enjoy, I never dislike anything I watch cause I'm a happier person

I feel like Coy's hopes that Knull and everything we're seeing will be part of some grander multiversal plans is asking a lot of this Spidey-less Spider-man universe. I really don't think it's that deep. I would love to be proven wrong, but I don't have high hopes after everything else we've seen in this universe/series of films, honestly.
