Peale was good for non-Christians. But everything about him as a Christian was a fraud. He clearly didn't know (or care) about what Christianity really means. He changed a God centered Christianity to a Self centered one. One of the false teachers Jesus warned us about. It's amazing how many people cannot see that. Salvation requires repentance and a steering away from self fulfillment.
He has a gruff voice...but his words are very positive...
We are NOT saved through Hope, (Wrong) Your saved through the Blood of Jesus Christ the Son of God only.........Who died for us, Jesus took the penalty of sin for us, that we would be saved.
Jesus conquered Death on the cross and rose on the 3rd day, who shall believe on him shall have Eternal Life. There is NO other way, Jesus is the only way............
