What a fantastic cinematographer you are !!
You are showing me what I would never in my life see !!
You have told me information that I never knew. You are such a good teacher.
Bartolomeu (spelling?) was right to name the cape "Cape of Storms."
I am sorry to know he lost his life near the cape he named.
The rocks and rock formations are beautiful!
Thank you for showing us the Cormorants and their nests with eggs.
I could watch your videos and never tire.
They give me such delight.
🥰
Hello Walter Santi thank you very much to share this beautiful vacations. Enjoy 🐈🐈❤🍎👍🏻
Loved seeing the birds nesting in amongst the rocks! What a beautiful sight that ocean was! Very peaceful and relaxing! Thanks for sharing a bit of your vacation with us!
So excited for this video- am bookmarking to watch later tonight. I am a big fan of this channel because it’s so inspiring and heartwarming how you care for all your animals. And the videos are so creatively done. I love watching little random explorations like this too. It is fun to see beautiful parts of the world through the eyes of someone whom I feel so much kinship and admiration for as a fellow devoted animal lover/ caretaker/companion. ❤❤
Totally agree, well said!
This video is captivating with the waters crashing against the rocks. This is absolutely beautiful. Thank You Walter for sharing your vacation videos with all of us. Your cinematography is spot on! Blessings to You and Your Family!
Walter is OP's dog's name
@@tomatostellar Yep, but since we don't know his name, Walter it is 😂
@@jeandixon586 reasonable plan
Awesome, beautiful and terrifying all at the same time. It commands your attention.
Was listening to the roar of the waves almost instantly began to relax.😎 Now if only that was a 3 hour relaxation video, I would probably fall asleep in a heartbeart!
It's better to think positive so Good Hope is ok with me. The shots of the rookery, the ledges made me think of decorated (birds sitting on their stick nest) Christmas trees.🤷♂️lol for sure.
A soul that loves nature is someone I really appreciate.
Beautiful! Love the sound of the ocean. 💕🌺💕
So very beautiful…thank you for taking us along ❤️
All i kept saying while watching this is, 'Wow, wow, wow.' Thank U 4 sharing, loved, loved it.😉😊❤
Thank you for including us on your journeys. Always interesting and beautiful.
Thank you for expanding my horizons and allowing me see things I never would have otherwise. 🌅
Fantastic cinematography! 😍Thank you for sharing a peice of your vacation with us.🥰🥰
The long, narrow projection that forms the Cape of Good Hope was a surprise to me. I've always pictured the tip of Africa as rounded (probably because I've only seen it drawn on a map before). Your cinematography is excellent.Thank you for sharing your vacation pictures with us. Loved the birds in their apartment building. Cheers from Liz and Ginger in Australia.
Hello Liz and Ginger am also in Australia 😸 it's amazing Walter Santi channel loved around the world also Ginger very gorgeous 😻
It’s not the tip of Africa. That is at Cape Agulhas which is 170km south east of cape point.
@@gillianblack6716 Perhaps I misread the captions. Thanks for the correction.
@@lizj5740 it’s a common misconception that cape point is the southern tip. In Cape Town we talk about it as where the 2 oceans meet. That is also not entirely true. But it is a great marketing line 🤗🦋
Some wonderful footage of the Cape Surf.
I was feeling a little down, but to watch the awesome ocean and that beautiful land helped me to relax a little bit. Bless you for sharing 🙏 ❤️
Thank you for sharing! Hauntingly beautiful.
Another breathtaking video. The sound of the ocean is calming 😌. Thanks again for sharing, Michaela
Power of Nature! I'm speechless!
What a wondrous view of the beauty and power of nature. To see the birds nesting calmly juxtaposed next to the constant swells is just mesmerizing.
thank you
✌ to all.
Who cares about some stupid waves? I thought this channel was all about cats..
@@hedone13x He can make whatever kind of videos he likes.
@@hedone13x are you okay?
sounds looks like you need a 🤗
✌
@@hedone13x We love cats too. I also love Mother Nature, and I was born in the Cape, so it's heart-warming to experience my homeland through his eyes. This man is such an animal and nature lover that it's an honour and a pleasure to share in his holiday videos. We'll get more of his gorgeous cats again, no worries 🐾
@@hedone13x it was never all about cats cause Walter is a dog
The Cape is breathtakingly beautiful - I've been there several times . I love the eastern Cape
Walter, you have filmed another beautiful area! 😍 The cormorants...amazing!! The sound of the ocean is beautiful. Thanks and keep up the beautiful work 💕💕
Walter is his dog. :)
WOW! 😮 I swear I can smell the sea spray 🌊 all the way to Oregon in the western USA.
That was one of the most incredible videos I've seen in a while! Tysm for sharing. 😃
I loved the birds in the nest with eggs.
Mesmerising stuff, thank you! It was a shock to remember that the Atlantic exists below the Equator, you tend to forget! Just sitting there where you were, you’d think about all those intrepid navigators, centuries ago, daring to sail around the Horn.
It must have stunned very early sailors, as they made their way down that Atlantic coast, imagining that the land would never end, and they’d never reach the fabled East!
😺Meanwhile, news from Turkey! We heard on the InnerTubes that a young cat 🐾named Indy has been putting on performances of favourite Broadway song and dance routines behind the glass screen in the Portal, for the enjoyment of all the denizens of the other room. (Chewie has joined in a few, but Santi is determined to remain unamused.) Lady Miss 👑Princess has the best seat of course, and a brief wave of her fan absolutely makes Indy’s evening. I’d say that when you return, he’ll be ready with his interpretation of ‘Cabaret’, featuring his own inimitable high kicks.
Lovely to share in your fantastic adventure, thank you. 👏🏼😽🙏🏼💕
Meant to say too: we’ve a cormorant who lives on the (tidal) river where I am, but he’s nowhere near as elegant as those you showed us here, They’re really beautiful,
@@hannamccarthyh Will Indy's interpretation of "Cabaret" be called "Cat-aret"?
Beautiful! I'm American, but I live most of each year in Chad because of my job. Same continent, vastly different landscape. I'd love to visit Cape Town one day! 🐈⬛🐈😺
Wow!!! Beautiful!!! Thank you!!!
Whoever is filming is doing a great job! It looks like a very powerful, beautiful place! Thank you for sharing 🙂
This is an awesome video. Thank you. From South Carolina, USA
Thank you for another incredible trip to a part of the world I will likely never have the opportunity to visit in person! Absolutely beautiful!
The birds nesting on the side of the cliff looked like a picture of city apartment dwellers looking out of their windows!
From the questions asked in these comments, it seems that a number of viewers have not been reading the video descriptions of these beautiful films that our Turkish cat daddy made on his recent trip to Cape Town!
You are not only a cat whisperer, or story teller - but you are and amazing film maker! I am delighted to watch such incredible scenes, there was nothing but force of nature and peace in my soul....I enjoyed watching your video, thank you for sharing your experience and life with us! Greetings from Serbia 🇷🇸♥️
Thanks for this video and your many others.
The ocean is eternally inspirational, the sound and sights are in constant motion and awe inspiring. Love seeing the rookery too. Beautiful scenery! Lucky you to see it in person, lucky we are that you can share it! Thank you!
I have greatly enjoyed the beautiful sights and interesting wildlife that you saw on your vacation. The brief time that you were away and not filming new cat videos was well spent. Thank you for sharing these with us. (I would love to be standing on that shore!)
It is totally beautiful there...love to see the waves and the vast ocean.
Fantastic filming 👍. It's incredible that the temperature of the two oceans is so different - the Atlantic is freezing and the Indian much warmer. I remember swimming at Sandy bay (Atlantic Ocean) and I almost turned blue from the cold, in mid summer. Plenty of ship wrecks off the Cape of Good Hope.
I hope you're having a fantastic holiday.
Love the bird nests lined up like little houses. I could listen to surf sounds all day. So relaxing!
It's an amazing view ❤❤❤
Beautiful video. Thanks for sharing this lovely vacation with us. We get to visit places we would never see. The sound of the waves crashing on the rocks is so impressive. Water is powerful.😍
My god, this is absolutely STUNNING...and I live in the San Francisco bay area in California near Big Sur, and along with the Great Ocean Drive in Australia, this is one of the most ruggedly gorgeous coastlines I've ever seen.
Nature is so beautiful but it is scary that it is also so powerful. Thank you for the wonderful video. 🥰
Wow - I live just under 47km from Cape Point. I've walked there so many times. Thank you for sharing a part of my beautiful country. Elm from South Africa.
Gorgeous! The power of the sea is always awe inspiring. Thank you for sharing.
Amazing video. Love the sound of the waves. Beautiful scenery too.❤️
It's a beautiful place! Thank you for sharing this video with us. Stay safe and enjoy!!☺️
Gorgeous footage. I can smell the sea air. Thank you so much. 🥰
So beautiful thank you Walter for sharing a marvelous sight with us.
The sound of the sea is so mesmerising ❤ great shots of the nesting birds, that is incredible that they can remain there on those steep cliffs!
Wow, what a beautiful place! The birds nesting along the rock was interesting. I could sit and watch the ocean for hours.
What a beautiful place! The colour of the ocean is gorgeous ! Thank you so much for sharing this video❣️🤭😯
Incredible camera footage Walter ❤️ that you have shared your amazing experience with us. Thank you. Through your eyes, I have seen parts of the world that I would never be able to visit. I am grateful. Be well. Stay safe.
Thanks Walter, I have never seen the end of the Atlantic Ocean even though I have spent many a a summers at Myrtle Beach in South Carolina! It is hard to imagine that any person could swim in the water at Cape Hope! I hope you and your family are having a wonderful vacation! Thanks again for including us though out the world to see these wonderful sites ❤
Walter is his dog. :)
@@Arelenedhel I thought they made have the same first Name. I do not know his First Name or last. I am from America and have been watching his videos for almost 3 years. Do you know his name?

Beautiful. Loved the cormorant apartment dwellings. Thanks for sharing parts of your vacation travels with us. Safe travels to you, waltersanti.
I have thouroughly enjoyed this series of videos. I will never have an opportunity to see these fantastic things you have so kindly shared with the viewers. I love the history notes you add also.
Those black ducks are totally amazing, brilliant of them to be on the calm side of the rocks! Their little ones have a precarious first step out of the nest though. At least they will be far from creeping preditors.
Thank you again and I hope you all enjoyed your vacation!
Absolutely breathtaking ❤️ Thank you.
Such a beautiful view from your backyard.
I'm totally overwhelmed ...Thank you for your videos so much 💖⚘⚘⚘💖🙋🏼♀️

Amazing footage! Thanks for the information about the Cape and the ironic fate of Bartolomeu Dias!
The cormorants are amazing. The waves and water are beautiful blues and greens. I love the sound of the tide.
Watching from New Zealand and really enjoying the sights and sounds! Thanks!
You're the bestest tour guides 😸 thanks!
Stunning film...I find it so interesting that it's the Atlantic, the same ocean that surrounds my province, Nova Scotia, but it's Africa and so so far away. Thanks for sharing.
Roaring waters! Must have been really loud for you. Imagine what the water looks and sounds like during the storms. Fascinating!
Stunning! Thank you! 🥰
Awesome content. Thank you so much.
Beautiful! Thank you.
Great video of the waves. Greetings from Mosselbay Cape Province also a seaside town. Very happy here.

I’ve always wondered what it looks like down there! Thank you.
