After checking different databases and archives, I have not seen this song listed for sale amongst rare compilations and other CD formats done for Frank (bootleg or not). With that information, it's only safe to assume until proven otherwise the only way to find this song/broadcast in a physical form would be to own the original record this show was recorded on.
This is the only documented instance of Frank ever performing this song, hence the rarity
