Couldn’t tell if you were using them but make sure you put chock blocks, or a simple 2x4 would help too. Rear axle goes up, chock blocks or lumber on front wheels, even if it’s on a flat surface. Definitely don’t want to risk having that sudden or accidental movement when the car is lifted. Just extra security and safety when working under vehicles. Other than that, good install!
Cold start is loud no hiding it haha. But that’s the cars fault for holding high rpm to warm up. Hopefully with tuning soon we’ll be able to disable it
Yes, tons. I cant even count how many people have bought muffler delete kits just to take them off after a short time then sell them on the forums. These are the poor man "exhaust" that gains zero power and just gets loud.
It’s not that bad, the startup is loud. But every exhaust is loud on startup for this car. Once you drive it and break it in it’s pretty quiet. Was actually thinking of buying a catted header for mine since I want a little more sound lol
I just bought my 2023 white brz at glendale same dealer as your i'm in love with the Remark Axelback how is the fitment for the BRZ is it look way better than stock ? Thanks
Drone is a little complicated, it drones around 1.7k to 2.4K. I know it’s specific but it doesn’t drone at 3k RPM. Highway driving is only droning if you’re in 6th gear going like 50 mph. If you downshift and keep it above 2.5k it doesn’t drone at all… it actually perfect for daily IMO. Loud when you want it to be, and if you try to keep it quiet and drive sanely is almost unnoticeable. Gotta be a little careful if you drive with a heavy foot though because revs are loud especially at low rpm
@@stevecraig9029 sup Dude! I have another video I just uploaded of cruising/pulls. The first minute or so is just normal driving with speeds like 55-70
this sounds way to loud and boomy. Would get annoying when driving casually. Not a fan of screaming 4cly exhaust, it always sounds like farting. Resonated axel backs are more sophisticated.
the thickness of the tip LOL. i think the single wall looks a little cheap, the double wall is rolled steel tip so it looks nicer. i think both sounds the same my friend
Purely aesthetic I think. Single wall looks more like a tin can exhaust than the double wall. It might also make it a little more raspy but I doubt it. I just think the double wall looks better 👍
@@zd8dan nah dude it’s honestly an overblown issue haha. Just check your oil level every once in a while. I’m going almost 7k strong now and no issues thankfully.
Just unbolt the exhaust homie, keep it in place but unbolt everything. Once both sides are loose you can pull the exhaust down and out. Just like I did in the video it’s. A little sped up but the stock hangers are somewhat malleable so you can position it exactly how you want 👍 hope this helps
Gotta get leverage to break the bolt loose bro or maybe try a bigger ratchet or wrench. Going to be hard to break loose with just your hands or a small wrench
@@geol9433 yeah I saw they were back ordered on there. If a website doesn’t say it’s in stock I usually don’t order it. I did order my TRD rain guards from them and they arrived quickly, like in a week.

Appreciate the tip! I had small bricks on the front =) I have chocks but couldn’t find them haha
Who says there isn't love in the air. I enjoyed reading this =)
After two long months and disabling ASC, Silent mode got deactivated today and I'm loving it. Thanks for the help @jsauce #Remark #Firstmod
just ordered this exhaust for my gr86, only thing i’m worried about is the cold start being too much

4:20 same bro I got that shit stuck so bad 😂
Hey I would like to ask is there any drone and if so at what rpm, great video btw

Nice vid man! I just ordered this axle back as well 🤟🏼
Awesome brotha! Almost 5 months with mine now, no regrets!
@@jonsauce That is great to hear! I am so excited because I love the clean sound and look, and best of all the price! Hard to beat man 🙌🏼🙌🏼
Installed mine, shit it’s hella loud. Might have to change it out or get tickets in Cali

I am really considering this exhaust. Whats your overall opinion on it? 100%satisfied? And what site did you order off of?
100% brotha, i got mine locally since im in socal from a friend who deals parts but i would recommend remark website or importimageracing

Awesome dude! Congrats!! Yes it sounds way better and looks bigger, the exhaust has bigger tips which makes the rear look more complete
Thanks for your reply i will have it soon👍👍
Any drone at highway? Or what rpm does it drone?

I'm subscribing just cause you mentioned "cake". Who doesn't like cake?

Did yours ever get condensation leaks from their supplied gasket?
Not that I’ve noticed! I’ve had zero issues with this exhaust 😄
I just installed mine and got a condensation leak at the factory gasket from mid pipe to this exhaust

Honestly I would just order directly from remark website! I don’t think any online retailer has these in stock
I picked mine up locally in Southern California from velocity auto lab
Got mine from FtSpeed. Took a mknth to get here. Lowkey seemed sketch
