Guy didn't research SR72 darkstar before he made this

Neil needs to stay in his own area of expertise, but he just can't do it. The military does not recommend even bailing out at supersonic speed. Flying at super high altitudes has limited applications, so therefore would not be a lot of aircraft manufactured to incorporate special ejection pods due to cost and weight impacting performance. Piloted aircraft at Mach ten is being evaluated but not useful, the only active aircraft in service with a pod is the F-111. Good technical video.

you'd become like Russian vodka, Smirnoff. if encapsulated it would be plausible

If you bailed out at that speed your body would be broken instantly as soon as the resistance hit you. I just dont see how anyone could survive bailing out at even half of that. I may be wrong but i hope nobody ever has to prove it.

Do you have any idea how fast a space shuttle goes ? It exceeds mach 10 , like, let's say, mach 22
So, to say the United States has no aircraft that are hyper sonic aircraft is not true because the space shuttle is a hyper sonic aircraft !

True the shuttle did exceed Mach 10, I think it was just below M25 and I believe it had an ejection pod, but it was technically a high tech glider (NASA's words not mine) and has been retired for a while.

You misunderstand... He died when he went down... The entire movie is a purgatory "dream"
