She even states in world tour that his wife(Julia) is like a sister to her and that she looks up to T Hawk. I would definitely like to be proven wrong but as of right now it’s not confirmed.

If anything I think Gief is worse. The game at least SAYS her DP isn't strike invuln but Gief's lariat is laughably pathetic in this entry.
