I had a couple wigs tried on me at a small, local shop. Did nothing for me; brought out my ugly! But watching your videos makes me wish I could just do some try-ons with you. Just looks like fun. I'm thinking my 'style' looks similar to the wig you both started this video with except my hair is white with scalp showing through. I found out from the one try-on it could be very unexpected from just viewing to try-on.
For us completely newbies could you please explain what Mono part, etc. means? I am finding myself lost ( as a newbie) but I am wanting so bad to learn about wigs! Thank you so much for sharing!
I have a 23 1/2 inch head. I have the pear shaped / tear drop shaped face. I need a "little bit" of hair around my chin area and volume. The only large cap wigs I can find are either way to short and make the lower half of my face look huge... or way to long and look silly on me. The Opulence is to straight and flat on me and makes my face look even bigger. It would be amazing if you would if you would suggest to your contacts at the different manufactures that they make more large size wigs in med lengths. I would love something like the Reese - which is to tight - very small for a large cap. Thanks.

You funny ladies have been talking about wig bands recently. I have a tan one just like the ones you show. My concern is that the bulk of the wig band will stretch the lace on my lace-front wigs. I typically wear a tan wig cap and use wig clips. I would much rather use the grip, but I don’t wanna stretch my lace. Help! Thanks to both of you!!♥️
Stretching hasn't been a problem for any of our lace front wigs so far. We usually just make sure that the band sits just behind where the hairline starts on the wig which is typically about 1/2 inch to an inch behind the very edge of the lace.
I've been wearing wigs for years and have a large cap sized head and have so much trouble finding a cap to fit unless it's 100% hand tied. I've been wanting a longer Bob or even shorter if I can find a cap to fit. Just for examples sake, Jackson by Noriko fits me like a baseball cap. I have been buying Human hair wigs and it's getting to be too much, but going back to synthetic is another search that is exhausting me already. Any suggestions? I love Jolie, but have a feeling it might not fit.
Estetica makes a pure stretch cap that generally runs a little bit roomier. Also the “Cameron” by Jon Renau comes in a large cap size. We have a video showing how we customize it for Kim. Check it out!

The neckline tends to the be place that synthetic wigs wear the quickest. Some minor things can be done to keep the neckline looking good, but generally once a synthetic fiber is worn they are worn. We tell people to think of it as an item of clothing that you are essentially wearing every day.
My wigs are new that do this. Maybe it is the length I like where it shags directly down on my neck. If I cut my hair to blend with it it lays down better, but I am wearing my own hair longer now and don’t want to cut it that short, but I love the mid length shag look. Thanks for your quick reply!! To me, Reign by Amore, in the Champagne-R on Misty, resembles the "Unfiltered" by R.W. that you just loved! I don't see a lot of difference other than Unfiltered is on backorder until the '21's!!!!
It is a ring of hair to wear under caps, scarves and other head coverings. We are about to do a video showing them. They are a wonderful and cost effective option to wear instead of full wigs underneath your head coverings.

Cindy * oh how we wish they would make more large caps! My circumference is 22.5 and my hair is shoulder length so I have a lot to stuff up in a wig, lol. For the caps that run smaller, like Noriko, I cut the bands out to give me more stretch. Some manufacturers that make a cap with more stretch I do not have to modify at all. Having said all that, a Wigrip is really what keeps me from fussing, adjusting, etc. I would highly recommend you try that. Thank you for watching!
