I love the video! I'm a Letcher Co. native and think you guys did a great job showing the area. It's great to see people take an interest in an area that has admittedly been down for awhile and is finally seeing some new growth.
My moms side of the family is from there Phillips and Holcomb but we unfortunately know nothing about them but my uncle and aunt is from there and still lives there

Lily Cornett Woods is a virgin forest and well worth a visit in the lower end of the county .

There’s also a good fourwheeler trail on the mountain above the upper end of Fishpond Lake.
We'll have to check it out when we come back!
